Apitong (Keruing) Trailer Decking

Apitong, also sold as Keruing, is the original trailer decking hardwood and still the benchmark the industry measures against. It is a dense, high-strength Southeast Asian hardwood with excellent screw-holding, abrasion resistance, and load capacity, which is why it has floored flatbeds, drop decks, and heavy haulers for decades.

We stock Apitong in Standard-and-Better grade across every profile: shiplap flooring in 5-inch and 7-inch faces, full-sawn rough boards from 2x6 to 3x12, and narrow-face T-boards for drop deck lower decks. Most items are kiln dried for stability.
