With over 30 years of experience trading in tropical hardwoods and ten of those years spent living in Surabaya, Indonesia, Bill Christou joined the Nova USA Wood Products team as a full partner in May 2010. Bill's focus on the manufacture of Apitong products for the trailer industry is second to none and he brings a wealth of experience to the TrailerDecking.com team. Bill now coordinates all of our purchasing and personally handles all the larger national accounts and many of our OEM customers. Bill is fluent in the Indonesian and Malay language of Bahasa, and manages our office in Surabaya which handles logistics, purchasing and grading for all products from Southeast Asia.

After completing his bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Oregon in 2010, Stephen started with Nova USA Wood Products in June of that same year. By November, Stephen was the lead sales associate for the TrailerDecking.com web program. Since that time, Stephen has helped grow the TrailerDecking.com brand to become the leading online retailer of Apitong, Laminated Truck Flooring, and truck flooring essentials. In 2022, due to growing demand in the marketplace, TrailerDecking.com expanded its sales team and Stephen was promoted to Sales Manager. He currently leads the TrailerDecking.com team while also continuing to support the company in an outside sales role.

Drew has been calling on the Truck Trailer and Truck Body OEM's and aftermarket distributors for the past forty years selling them wood products, aluminum extrusions, roll formed steel, plastic mud flaps and rubber products. He has sold imported floors and Apitong for Nelson International for 7 years and then Rockland Wood Products for 3 years. He's a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in marketing. Drew has been based in the Atlanta area for over thirty years and handles most of our business in the Southeast U.S.

Dan has over twenty years of experience in increasingly responsible roles within purchasing, marketing and sales at several companies involved in both the truck-body and trailer industry including Trailmobile Parts & Service Corp, Great Dane Trailers and Whiting Door Manufacturing. In his most recent position, Dan served as National Sales Manager for Earthwise Plastics. His experience is enhanced by his BBA in Management from the University of Cincinnati.

Marco Manchego has been a Sales Representative with TrailerDecking.com since January of 2022. He was born in Peru but raised in California and has a bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley in business administration. Marco lived overseas in Southeast Asia and Latin America for over 25 years, and while he was in Brazil, he worked in sourcing tropical hardwoods from all over South America. Now that he’s back he’s excited to use his experience to grow the trailer decking market in North America and Mexico! Chris Elias joined Trailer Decking.com October 1, 2023, as a sales representative. Chris grew up in Toronto, ON and earned a Business Diploma at Seneca College and then went on to get his Business degree at Toronto School of Business. After 25 years working for Royal Bank of Canada as a Relationship Manager in the Mutual / Pooled fund industry, he decided it was a good time to make a change. He became a licensed Private Investigator for a few years then went on to work in the Film/TV industry in the transport division and then took on a variety of other customer focused position to fill his time. He has a few passions, and one would be cooking since his background is Greek and the family was in the restaurant business for over 50 years. When not cooking up a storm he’s hopefully riding his Harley in favorable weather with a bunch of buds or just enjoying family time with his wife and adult children. Robert has been the OEM Sales expert at Nova since October 2023. With over 25 years of progressive leadership in Supply Chain, Robert brings a wealth of experience to our team. His journey includes a notable stint as VP of Supply Chain and Strategic Sourcing for Kentucky Trailer, where he spent 17 successful years. Born and raised in Southern Indiana, Robert obtained his degree in Business Management from Indiana University SE. What he loves most about his career in Supply Chain is building relationships, which he continues in his new role.

Outside of work, Robert enjoys traveling and cherishing moments with his family and friends.

After years working as a commercial fisherman off the rugged coastline of the Pacific Northwest, Kevin Walsh eventually landed at the Forest Grove Oregon headquarters of Nova USA Wood Products, working in the shipping and receiving department. It soon became apparent to everyone that his personable style and ability to create long-term relationships with clients would translate well to business development, and he was quickly promoted to Sales Representative. Today Kevin is an invaluable part of the TrailerDecking.com sales team and has directly contributed to Nova’s expansion in the national trailer decking market. Recently Kevin has also taken over Nova’s newly revamped kiln stick program and has plans to broaden its scope exponentially.Kevin truly enjoys getting to know his customers and understanding the details of their business requirements to ensure that the job gets done right. Conrado Treviño is a Product Specialist at TrailerDecking.com with a focus on creating business opportunities in Mexico. Conrado was born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico, and has an MBA from TecMilenio University. His mother tongue is Español but, he is fluent in English and he is studying Mandarin Chinese. He enjoys traveling to new and exciting places and loves baseball - cheering for his hometown baseball club, the Monterrey Sultanes.. Prior to joining our team, Conrado was on the other side of the table as Purchasing Manager at trailer manufacturer “Talleres Lozano” for over three years, achieving wins like spearheading a new purchasing initiative which created a company record $6 million savings in a single year! Keaton Smith joined the TrailerDecking.comteam in 2017 originally handling samples and assisting in the warehouse. As time went on, he began taking on additional responsibilities such as marketing, sales, and purchasing of our accessory products. In terms of his personal life, Keaton is a Portland, OR native and enjoys traveling accross the U.S. and broad to learn more about the experiences of his fellows. Keaton has been the star drummer in multiple bands and is an avid basketball fan... Go Blazers! With great hands-on experience and a desire to constantly improve and grow, Keaton now handles on-line sales for TrailerDecking.com as well as managing the purchasing of all accessories. Angie Watson started with the Nova USA Wood Products headquarters in Forest Grove on the Trailer Decking side, as a Sales Support Representative in March of 2023.

She has over 25 years of customer service as an Executive Assistant in the areas of health care, insurance, mortgage, and commercial printing industries. With her experience at previous companies, she has helped increase sales and customer satisfaction by always going above and beyond, to ensure customer transactions are as smooth as possible from start to finish.

She is a native Oregonian and lives in the small town of Gaston where she runs a small 10 acre hobby farm with her husband and son. Angie and her family have been growing their farm for the last 6 years adding cows, alpacas, goats, chickens, cats and a giant livestock guardian dog! She participates in the community farmer’s market and is very involved with the K-12 school with other families, supporting their football, basketball and baseball athletic teams. It’s a close-nit community and she loves her little town of just 800 people.
