Order Processing

Please follow the steps below to make an online purchase of your selected products.

Build a Shopping Cart

1. While on the product page, enter the amount of LF (lineal feet) or PC (pieces) you would like to purchase.
2. Enter your zip code.
3. If we will be delivering to a residential address, please check Residential Delivery.
4. Click the Calculate button to get the total cost of your order.
5. Click Add to Cart to bring up your Shopping Cart.
6. If you would like to continue shopping, click Continue Shopping. At this point, follow the same directions and additional items will be added to your Shopping Cart.
7. When you are done shopping and ready to complete your order, click Check Out.

Check Out with Credit Card or Open Account

We offer payment by credit card, which is processed through Stripe, and we offer Net 30 terms on an open account. To use an open account, you must complete a credit application, which will be reviewed and processed as quickly as possible.

Once you have checked out, your order is automatically entered into our database and is flagged for processing. A processing order is sent to the warehouse nearest your location and your order is pulled within two business days. For special-order items, we list availability on the product detail page.

Shipment by LTL or Pick Up by Customer

We work with a number of shipping companies and are always looking for the best deals on freight. For deliveries in the local Portland, Oregon and Seattle, Washington markets, we work with an outstanding customer-service-oriented trucking company that can deliver anything up to 48′ long by the piece, unit, or truckload.

For LTL shipments we have an online freight calculator that will provide you a freight quote on the fly. You can also get a freight quote on the product detail page by entering a quantity and your destination zip code.

As always, you are welcome to schedule a will-call pick-up at one of our warehouse locations.
