After selecting products from our on line catalog and adding them to your shopping
cart by the lineal foot or piece, you start the check out process. You must be logged
in with an account to start the check out process.
Check out with Credit Card or Open Account
We offer payment by credit card which goes through PayPal, and we offer Net 30 terms on
open account. In order to use an open account you must complete a credit application
which will be reviewed and processed as quickly as possible.
Once you have checked out, your order is automatically entered into our database
system and is flagged for processing. A release is sent to the closest warehouse
which contains your chosen products and your order will be pulled within a couple
business days. For special order items, we list the availability on the product
detail page.
Shipment by LTL or Will Call, Pick Up by Customer
We work with a number of shipping companies and are always looking for the best
deals on freight. For deliveries in the local Portland, Oregon and Seattle,
Washington market, we work
with an outstanding customer service oriented trucking company. They can deliver anything
up to 48' long by the piece, unit or truckload. For LTL shipments, we have an on line
freight calculator which will provide you a freight quote on the fly. You can
even get a freight quote on the product detail page by just entering a quantity
and your destination zip code.
And of course, you can will call at our warehouse in Clackamas, OR 97015. We are planning
to set up a distribution warehouse in Northern California later this year and will
announce the location once we have product in place.
